My main question is as I don't know much about wrestling in general...how exactly do you grapple someone when you're oil up? Is the oil to prevent someone from grapple you? Is it to test your strength in your grip to grapple your opponent?

I had watched Wu Jing's Fatal Contact and saw Wu Jing fight a big Western opponent oil'd himself up in which Wu Jing's punches and kicks were sliding off the guy. Wu Jing also couldn't grap him at all.

my bet is while he might have a command grab or 2 hell likely have moves where he slides around being able to get himself in and out of certain setups / situations

Hakkan sounds like the character I plan to use my most viscous combos on just to make the other player NOT use him. Not that he exactly sounds bad but I think he might be annoying to fight, like El Fuerte.

I was reading something about Hakans move set, his first ultra is a 720 input so obviously command grab. The interesting thing is his second ultra, which is down, down, down+3k. Now that could be a counter ultra in which case it will be like R.Mika said where someone will try to hit him and slide off. We will probably get some real info on him by this week or next(hoping)

I really dont like the way he looks, i mean the blue hair(if thats what you wanna call that thing on his head), the red skin, no pupils. Whats with that, who is he, hell boy? But I have a feeling, even though he is a joke character, he will rank high just like Rufus

I agree with the "hair" stuff and the red skin. Maybe he's some sort of experiment gone wrong, or a circus runaway.
