But Capcom has hinted that he would be back, they have also hinted that all the original 16 characters would be back...

I love Cammy and I'm a cammy player, but Capcom hinted that she won't be in this game. She could end up being In the console versions or be a downloadable character...you never know

She was introduced SSF2 and Ono said that only the characters from the original SF2 were gonna be in...not the New Challengers from SSF2. He could change his mind though...who knows.
