Agree'd. The graphics look really half-assed and the characters don't look cool. Capcom has the ability to do better (just look at DMC4, ) but they choose not to. They're content with what they're doing because they KNOW people will buy it just because it says "Street Fighter" on the box.

i do kinda agree here.....capcom could make the graphics look a hell a lot better.  and they do  look fat and overly buff jus like in sf 3.  there perfect body size would be like in cvs.   and i also do agree that they kno that everyone will buy it cause it says "street fighter" on it so there half assing it, well so far atleast.      they worked hard on dmc4 cause dmc3 and dmc2 sales were way down compared to dmc 1 so they said they wanted to bring it back.

My opinion: It seems it is just the style. Like how you don't want *insert your favorite anime character here* to look like a real guy or this happens: Yusuke: Do you want HIM in Dark Tournament 2?

They want it sort of brighter and fighter like. Not real looking. Kind of like how you hated the SF movie game...real people.

I mean they're supposed to be all muscley. Zangief is a body builder, and those dudes are huge in real life, Chun Li for some reason has naturally ginormous thighs, and the rest fight for a living. You don't think they should at least a little muscle tone? o_O

ya muscle toned!!! not buff!   ok zangief and chun li are ok.   but ryu and ken are wide and look like body builders. there body types in cvs was perfect.  they were built and ripped but not wide, fat, or buffed up

I just don't see that wideness you're talking about. I mean now that I really look at it, the thighs are a bit bulky but thats it. The rest looks fine to me.

ryu and ken do look like body builders for real though. they shouldnt looked that buffed up. stating as a fact not an opinion but a fact....the sfa series has the most accurate look for EVERY char in the sf world. if anything they should take notes from that series. i mean cvs isnt even that accurate as far as character builds. example for that is bison is cvs, does he look like he weighs 254 lbs like his proclaimed weight suggests?? that answer would be no. look at sfa series bison and his build of being 5"4' 254 lbs. he looks like it doesnt he? when you look at how the sf4 game is looking is looking more like ex3 and thats a problem because most of the characters look like someone else. the backgrounds look better than the chars themselves. the chars in sf4 look like they are headed in that direction graphics wise and that sucks. but all in all is depends on which angle you see them in because what looks ugly at one angle will look beautiful in another angle so i think capcom should play aroung with that and slim them down a lil bit here and there

im not complaining whats so ever.  im just confused .   dude ryu's and ken's pecs are fixin to bust out of there shirts lmao.   there supposed to be ripped up fighters with speed.  they look like there going to be more of a slow power character.   there body will fit someone like balrog(boxer) who is ment to be buffed up but not huge like zangief.  ryu and ken are supposed to be skinner than balrog

yeah i know thats what i was meaning to say. they shouldnt look that big sf4 game simply because of the fact that they dont even weigh more than 200 lbs (meaning ken and ryu both). yes i agree their body type on the game would fit someone like balrog. but when you really think about it might as well accept it and get used to because look at how many time capcom has changed the look of there chars sf2 sagat was a tall twig then sfa has him looking like a beast. i dont think they will be moving slow at all in the game play. its just might LOOK like it because it is in 3d

Sagat was a natural progession of strength though. He always wanted to best Ryu so he had to beef up. Considering his style and he's an underboss he would look retarded if he was still the same size as Dhalsim.

He can be very dangerous once he is in range of using his various grab moves like the Pile Driver.  He may be slow, but he has power to make up for it.
A good Zangief player is someone to fear. I wonder if he will get his famous green hand move to nullify fireballs!?

Yeah, they are big and bulky, I wouldn't call them fat, but they're to damn big, I guess it's becouse of the person who's i n charge of how they look like, I don't hate it, but I'm not to happy with it!
