They're obviously not thinking straight.. Why are they making this game just for arcades?? They'd rather make 50 cents per game played rather than $50 - $60??? Capcom's getting crazy man.. They need to step up their game if they wish to survive.. seriously... arcade???

Rufus looks stupid, El fuerte is an el Blaze rip off which is essentually a Rey Mysterio rip off.

Yeah, and El Blaze is basically a rip-off of La Mariposa from DoA, which is basically a female rip of Rey Mysterio. what is with the Luchador trend these days and these mask avengers popping up left and right? They should leave it to the professional in-ring masked performers.

I'm glad they are putting SF4 in the arcades and then consoles, now that is doing it oldschool. Perhaps this will revamp th genre. But this SF is disappointing me by the day that is why I am looking more forward to KOF 12. Atleast SNK didn't sell out. They are sticking with 2D. If I wanted a 3D SF I'd play EX. Bah! Who am I kidding like the other dude said I will get this game anyway but only because me and Capcom games have had some good times.

El Fuerte is such a steriotype, . Then again, all wrestlers/luchadores in fighting games are, except Ramon in KoF.

Maximum Impact? It's actually pretty good, and the 2nd one is one of the best 2D to 3D fighters in my Opinion.

All these characters have fairly new game play and are fairly inovative, you have the new hot girl, an obvious choice; the South American which is all the rage considering how many South American fighting game fans there are; and the completely different guy who you can hardly compair to any other character. Is he like hugo, no way, not the cloths, the look or the build, how about big bear... the stomach matches, that's about it. By game play, Rufus seems closer to Duck King than any other character I can think of. Every choice made for Street Fighter IV may seem wierd or insane, but in perspective I think they make perfect sense.

Rufus look like Karnov wearing Kefka outfit! In short, he's a fat clown. Well, maight wait to see more of him!

i have a feeling this is going to be the type of game that everyone is going to buy just because its "street fighter"  but in reality suck.   its jus showing signs of introducing freak characters instead of actuall "fighters"   like ryu(karate) balrog(boxer) etc.   but in sf3 you had some robot in a coat, a gold guy, and some pale guy who looked like a weird zombie, sf3 was the type of game where you can tell a big difference between the originals and new chars, except ibuki she was a ninja so thats not weird.

but ya sf4 is starting to show signs.  whats next a robot, an alien,

They figure this game will sell just because it has the name Street Fighter attached to it giving them an excuse to slack off and not put much effort into it. Putting Mr Ono in charge was a big mistake.
