What do you mean most of the time ? I say it all of the time  :DxDie

It's true, you do!  :D

Anyway, my friend got his copy of the game and his SF4 stick. (frickin' gamestop job lol)

Me and some of my EVO friends all think the game is loads of fun, but compared to the older games it's pretty slow. It's like the speed change from SSBM to SSBB. But it's still a good game nonetheless.

As for the stick, it feels really nice. Haven't checked to see if the parts are all Sanwa, but it's still a good arcade stick for the price. However, there are still WAAAAAY better sticks out there with quality parts.

Are you talking about the standard SF4 arcade stick or the tournament edition?

I was talking about the Standard.

He also got a tourney ed., but I haven't had time to check it out due to me hating driving in the rain.  :D

I'd also like to hear your guys' thoughts on the sticks and fightpads for those that get em.  :)

I have 360 & PS3 . But I have the game for the 360 . I rest my feet on the PS3 when I play the 360 . PS3 makes a nice foot rest . Sometimes if my feet are cold , I turn it on . It makes a great foot warmer .

Being playing this non-stop on 360 since the leak, I think it lives up the hype & so
much more, gained all the chars including Akuma, Gouken & Seth.
Akuma & Gouken are a pain to get at first, but once you know how not to bad.

I would highly recommend this game to everyone, simply awesome!!!

Kind Regards, SPAN... ;D

Hi DARKTALBAIN m8, I set Arcade mode up for 1 round fights so you can progress quicker, I got all the other chars out & completed it with everyone available.

Then pick any char & get 2 perfects & 2 ultra finishers then finish arcade mode without using a continue, beat Seth and you will then face Akuma, beat him to unlock as a playable character.

Then beat Arcade mode with Akuma.

Then pick any char & get 2 perfects & 3 ultra finishers then finish arcade mode without using a continue, beat Seth and you will then face Gouken, beat him to unlock as a playable character.

Finally beat Arcade mode with Gouken and you will gain Seth.

Hope I have explained that clearly, any questions just ask.

GOOD LUCK!!! Span...  ;D

The reason why I had it a week & 1/2 ago was because technically it was the European version . But it was region free .

Wow i have played it already i love the game on ps3 but on the 360 it is a joke (no offense). Especially those fight sticks for 360 i recommend not using those unless you really want to. It is slightly better then the 360 controller but i assure you you will be having a hard time or having trouble doing ultra and cancels and stuff on those fight sticks. Anyways for those who want no problem at all stick with tournament arcade sticks or the ps3 controller you wont have any trouble or be disappointed. ;)

How can it be a joke that makes no sense, there is absolutely no difference between both versions. PS3 has slightly better graphics and those dont even make a difference to even mention. What can be so different. And the Arcade stick Tournament Edition is made the same for both systems, how is there any differences between the systems at all. I actually think the PS3 versions sucks for its uber long load times. *Iceman ThumbsDown!*

Lol console wars. Give it rest friends. :D

Anyway hey Cheeky, finally got to give the TE stick a tets drive today. (cause I missed all my morning classes on "accident"  ;D)

If you get your hands on one, then YOU WILL JIZZ IN YOUR PANTS. It feels AMAZING. Sadly, even better than Hori sticks. Yes, very depressing. All parts are Sanwa so it will last you a long time. Mad Catz made the right decision to use a "ball" style joystick because it allows for more control lol. (hehe, ball stick)

My friend and I even opened it up to take a look under the hood. The connectors for everything are pointed out nicely so customization is much easier.

My only worry for it is durability. I've broken a few sticks (heh) before due to hitting the buttons too hard. XD But that's just the pressures of EVO matches I guess.

Speaking of EVO, anyone else gonna enter the GameStop tourney? I know I am. I don't expect to actually make it all the way to finals, but I do hope to get far enough to get the headband and wristbands for round one. (I really wanted the headband bonus just cause it looked cool, but sadly my friend's store ran out before he could hide one away for me. XD)

Wow great news, Im trying desperately to get my hands on one, good to know I can get actual feedback on it. But as for hitting the buttons hard, you have to do like those guys from shoryuken.com said, you have to feather them :D

I've got skills . I have no problem pulling off any moves with the 360 controller . But I will pick up a couple of fight sticks if I see them , just to have .

Street Fighter IV has a big cast of characters. The Capcom fighting game has old favorites like Ryu and Chun-Li as well as new characters like El Fuerte and Abel.

The home console versions brings characters like Cammy, Sakura, Fei-Long and even "joke" character Dan. The game doesn't get Super Street Fighter II characters T. Hawk and Dee Jay. Or does it?

Regarding T. Hawk or Dee Jay, SFIV producer Yoshinori Ono told Famitsu, "The development team said, "We want them in!" Honestly, we did the modeling up to the pre-texturing. We made the fight settings for T. Hawk in Street Fighter IV... If user's make their voices know, this prep work is something we can revive at anytime."

Capcom's always prepared. It's like a big blue and yellow boy scout. Ono also says he'd like to make Street Fighter IV: Championship Edition. Once again, this depends on the reaction from gamers.

This was mentioned on Kotaku. Here's the link for those that are interested.

Got the game as soon as i got off from work yesterday and i wasnt even worried about getting it cus i reserved it so i took my sweet little time hahaha...

Got home, i chose Abel, the rest is history, and i conquered..... I beat the crap outta Seth even.....

I luv this game, it really lives up to the name Street fighter, and also i like how on the game if u hit somebody with eeven just a normal punch or kick its awesome cus the way the characters look and react to the hits is just like they would in real life.....

they have some chain combos although i wish u could chain hits like u do on darkstalkers and all of those jumping people who like to get vega or blanka and jump at the opponent, your days r at an end cus there is no air guard on here so your butt is mine hahahah!!!!

also i have no problem doin the moves with the x-box 360 controller, i dont kno what it is, maybe some of u need to dust up your skills in street fighter... cus its either u kno how to do the moves with it or not cus if u were in a tournament and they made u play with it what would u do then?.... So u have to learn how to play with whatever they have available so that wont happen to u.....

Overall, its a good game, 9.2 rating, but i giv it a 10 out of 10 cus it really surprised me cus i thought it was gonna play like something esle (Street fighter EX 2 hahahaha)

So guys if u dont have it by now then go and get now, and i mean right now, Peace

Yea I dont understand what all the fuss is about the 360 controller. I play SFIV with it everyday and have had no problem. I still cant beat the damn campaign atm but I have not played an official SF game in about 5-10 years.
