Personally this whole charging people for DLC is just crap! Especially for something so minor as costumes, soon they will charge us for everything..even characters and play modes. All this stuff should have been on the disc to begin with. They are just trying to milk gamers as usual. Very bad Capcom, for shame....such greed. I may not even buy the game in protest, I can easily live without it...there has been enough SF games made anyway.

plus you can still purchase the game with worrying bout the alternate costumes that aint no biggie

yes, there a "capcom explanation way" of why he fights like that. Capcom never was good in that. El Fuerte is a great char, he fights a lot different from T. Hawk, who is a powerhouse, a tank. He is more quick and more Lucha Livre feel.

And I don't see any problem to have two grapplers from Mexico...why we have tons of karate fighters from the same place and can't have two grapplers from Mexico? As I told, they are totally different.

Mortal Kombat wasn't really breaking any standards because there were plenty of games before it that were violent and bloody. They just weren't as popular and weren't in arcades. And any conventions or standards it was breaking were for all video games in general, not just a franchise. The standards SFIV are breaking are from its own franchise. It's like what's happened with recent Final Fantasy games. That's why my last Final Fantasy game was FFX (well, FFX-2 really but I'm not counting that one). I just can't stand the newer ones. Heh, but that's an argument for another thread.

well, we could say, for example, that a lot of people blammed Midway to switch from real graphics to 3D ones...they were breaking MK standart, but was the best thing to do.

Again 360, 360 don't get me wrong good system horrible controller and yes i know about the fight sticks but still Sony controller is the best or joystick. I am serious though i am really hoping and praying that more people on the good ol IMT play sf4 especially on ps3. Those on 360 which sucks for me because i am best on a real fighting controller i will have to fight you guys on my friends 360

Confirmed: Brawler costume pack with the Collector's edition of SFIV:

It has been known for quite a while now, that buyers of the Collector's edition of Street Fighter IV will get a set of 5 alternate costumes. What was not clear though was which character's alternates the CE owners will get, or if we can download any 5 alternates we want if we buy the CE.

Well, we now have an answer. The Collector's edition will come with the brawler pack of alternate costumes, meaning you get the alts for Zangief, Honda, Abel, Elfuerte and Rufus.
