did anyone else noticed that sonic killed himself doing that last combo on megs? Granted it was nice but that kick sent him off the edge unless its cancel-able now.

Actually I think a more accurate pattern is when a certain game is revealed they announce a character from it
Olimar - Pikmin 3
Luigi - M&L: Dream Team
Peach - ... okay I don't know with this one
Toon Link - Wind Waker HD
Sonic - Lost World

By that logic, the next reveal may be a Pokemon with X/Y coming out

Well that doesn't make any sense cause it's not like you can control his Down Smash. You can control how long you charge it but that's it

Well, I might as well voice my opinion on who will be getting in SSB4...

Phoenix Wright.  

Now, you may think that I'm just being an Ace Attorney fanboy Which is true. but I do think he could make it in, because...

1. He's a huge Nintendo-related character. All of his games were on Nintendo systems with the exception of Nintendo systems.

2. Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright will be coming out around the same time as SSB4, so it'd be a great promotion.

3. In a Developer Direct segment, Masahiro Sakurai said that handheld versions will have stages from handheld games. Now, besides Nintendogs, the only other Nintendo-handheld only game series I can think of is Ace Attorney. Therefore, a courtroom stage may be added.

I can only cross my fingers and hope, but with Mega Man already included... ;~;

Oh, and yes, I'm back... I'm sure some of you are happy, at least.

I was thinking, since they allow third party characters, Mega Man and Sonic made it, and Namco is participating in the development, how about Pac-man? I'm pretty sure some other people thought about this too. I never played a Smash Bros. Game, so I may be wrong at some points. Think about it though:
Pacman is iconic
Pacman is "old"
The only bad thing about this is that if you add him, it would no longer be the platforming mascots.

It is not surprising the improvement of graphics. Although the price is a little high

That's why it is good for a company to make 2 different versions for 2 different consoles. İf one is expensive and you still have the other console with the same game for it, You can always buy thatone. İ am referring to Super Smash Bros Wİİ U and DS.

There's only one other 3rd party character that I think should be added to the game.

So far, every character that has been announced has had some sort of direct gaming relavence, e.g. villager with New Leaf, Trainer with Wii Fit U, Sonic with Lost World, Toon Link for Wind Waker HD, etc. (cept Mega Man but, Mega Man so shut up)

That having been said, the only person to add would be Wonder Red or one of the Wondere from Wonderful 101, a Wii U exclusive title.

You know, I expected Khameleon for Mortal Kombat to appear. It looks stupid, but she only appeared in Nintendo games:
- Mortal Kombat Trilogy for N64 only.
- Mortal Kombat Armageddon for Wii only.
She is technically a nintendo character.

Going back on what I was talking about earlier, I went the site to check the roster cause I haven't really been following and my theory seems sound. The cast so far contains characters that have games either out recently or are upcoming (Mega Man.....), except for two of them.

Samus and Fox. Them two haven't had any games in 2-3 years. Now you could make the argument that well, they've always been in the games, which is true. But then, where's Yoshi? He was one of the original 8 and I'm not seeing him anywhere.

Hopefully, with Samus and Fox sticking around for this fight, maybe it's a sign that we'll have a new Metroid and Starfox game to look forward to soon.

+/A new Metr*-/oid game was sort of loosely hinted at during the VGX awards today, and I think Nintendo has said something about it b
\efore. I'd hope for something new in the style of Prime at least, it's my favorite series for Metroid.

Otherwise I'm pretty sure Yoshi will be in, although I hope they're not going to pull some gimmick and make him Yarn Yoshi because of the upcoming game. I wanna know if they're keeping in Meta Knight and Snake (although they were known to be both broken characters), since they were two of my mains from Brawl including Sonic and Toon Link. I know for a fact that Captain Falcon's going to stay, he's just a great character overall for the Smash series, and is very popular as well.
