Online Mugen? Is it legit?!

I found this and set everything up. However, is it legit? Does it work? And if it does, who wants to face me? Message me if possible... If it works, I would be  .

I never tried this one but it'll probably be too choppy to actually play a match, just like all the others. If someone tries it let us know.

I've tried it, depending on how far away the opponent is will determine how laggy it will be.  At least, that's what it came to when I was trying it with buddies

You are basically gaining some if not all control of the other persons computer, and playing on their Mugen with them

I know that part and I understand that, but i followed the video, and when I tried, I didn't get access to anything, it asks more like a chat room or lobby then a remote like teamviewer.
