Wassup, I'm new to the forum and pretty much Mugen in general, but here's a char I've been working on dubbed "Apex", still just a WIP.
Note, somethings wrong with the Fps

Based off a comic book character I made up as a kid.
What do you guys think?

Looks cool! Reminds me of David Dunn from "Unbreakable". What sort of powers does he have?

Basically, he's a human who can use the entirety of his brain, since regular people only use like 15%, or some number like that. The longer he fights, the stronger and more superhuman he gets. He has superhuman strength, speed, and stamina. But the more the brain allows him to use his powers, the more animalistic he gets. So when he reaches his 100%, he is no longer in control and only relies on his primal instincts. Once he regains control he forgets everything he's done while not in control.
He's meant to have the fighting style of an unmotivated teenager, until he reaches 100%, then it's just predator like.

I'm flattered, but not really. I used Rouga Zanma as a base. I feel like not many people play Big Bang Beat so i thought it was a good char to base The Apex off of. Some of them are custom although

Yea he looks like a char i would like and naw i think you should let it stay a mystery in till you come up with a villain char then for a special intro you let him take off the hood after he defeats his foe

Btw he looks like he would be a good feud for BlueStreak

I think his villain should be a polar opposite. A big, strong, man with an INCREDIBLE intellect, and is highly motivated. Won't end the fight until the opponent dies. He can think through every move his opponent will do, and is a master strategist.

I like the way you doing this dude Panda. Not many people use BBB sprites to make stuff either into something totally new. I just started dipping into using some of their characters for some of my own characters i am creating. I happen to be a cool fan of Big Bang Beat. I also like the backstory on this guy. puts a whole different spin on people having super abilities. SO i really looking forward to all the specials and hypers you gonna have in mind as well checking out all the basic flow. Will he have a fast tight combo chaining system, or will he keep it minimum chains and of focus on using his abilities moreso than combo's?

Thanks man, I just started working on the comic. He will be a more combo savy character that also balances between his abilities.

yep. well he would have to be the only guess anyway. no one else looks like him in BBB. . yeah but i added a different head and hat and goggles and well some other details. The version i am working on now....only uses a portion of Ren.
