Colossus is 95% done, just missing his sky level model and few minor polishes.
I must saw I am very happy with the result - he turned into one of the best characters from the game :)

I should record a video about him soon, so let me share some more shots:

- Pile Driver, to teach those sentinels a lesson


Older characters are receiving some love, like Wolverine
-New effects for his Avenger Power


- A new alternative Avenger Power for his alternative mode

And here comes the most loved comrade X-Men from Mother Russia: Piotr "Peter" Nikolaievitch Rasputin, the Colossus!

It will be your favorite tank: The steel giant has very high attack and defense (less than Hulk and Red Hulk however), can not be stopped by weak attacks, sharp attacks and metal projectiles do only 10% damage.

He will be present at the next update (still undated) and will be unlocked during the Sentinel phase.

Still in the video, we have the new look of the stage of Madam Masque and one of the new helpers in action: Wiccan.

Shadowing on Dagger could be tweaked for her breathing. 

Cloak's ---um--- Cloak could be a bit more fluid/ghostly.

I've improved the animation a bit


But yeah, If you wanna give a hand wiht that, I can give you the separated images. But they need to be aninated on a single image, ok?

Hey guys, I am still working on this:

 • Right now, I am about to finish a secret character for this game. You will need to fill certain conditions to unlock "it".
"It" is a fan favorite and I really liked the result. But I will keep "it" secret until the next release.

• I am working to give a super throw - accessible by pressing S while grab - to as much characters as I can. Costs power but does a nice damage.
 

• Training stage is receving some ideas I had since the start of this project. I will explain it later, but I never saw anything like that in OpenBOR yet :)

• Rebalanced some characters, to polish their speeds, damages, etc.

My apologies for not posting, too busy with covering other games. Just to let you know me & a few friends tried this out with PARSEC and it fills the void of Online co-op. I'll ask a few other people I know that wants to join me so I can stream it again :).

Anywho, I'm really liking the progress! Can't wait to play the next build!

Oh, this is awesome to hear. It would be very nice to see a video of someone playing this using Parsec.

One of the things I've been working for this project - Super Throws.


To make thinigs easier for some users - and to bypass an error I was facing - those super throws are executed with a single button (SPECIAL) press while grabbing an enemy. They does the same damage of a normal special move but costs power as such.

All charactes which can grab will be able to execute those moves. This is the first part and some of them could be changed in the final product.

it is doable, but I would hate to see any custom version of my game floating around here.

The music is throwing me off, cause it has this oriental beat...but in the video, way to many characters appear...!
But any of them would be great, really. Magneto, the punisher, you name it!

Ok, report time.
I've been working on this pretty slowly, but here are some progress:

- Hawkeye now has a grab special move


- I plan to remove the Net arrow from Hawkeye (at least, from his freespecial, since he can already do it using his charge attack), so I am looking for ideas. Maybe a time-based bomb arrow, either throw by jumping back or in arc, since he uses this a lot on the cartoons?

- Also, his normal arrow now doesn't blast the enemies far away anymore, just a normal fall. Thanks to who suggested this to me.

- Still talking about  Hawkeye, I plan to remove him from the Helper list and replace him by Lady Hawkeye (Kate Bishop).

- I've edited the enemy RIOT a tad, to make it look less like his original costume

Time bomb might be neat. What about a Pym Arrow? Like one that shrinks enemies temporarily. Or a Sonic (or EMP) Arrow? Like when it's shot, it confuses enemies for a few seconds.

Pym Arrow would require to add another reaction for every enemy on the game - plus, some can't be affected by it.
An EMP arrow would do the same effect we already have on the game - we do have a freeze arrow (which freezes the enemy and works agains everyone), the net arrow (paralyzes the enemy for a while, don't work against everyone) and the electric arrow can paralyze big robots which can't be knocked down (plus, does more damage against them).

I think the best idea would be a time bomb arrow. I am just not sure how he would throw it (shooting in arc, jumping and shooting down or simple shooting downward from standing pose). And it won't hurt upon contact, only after the timer, right?

It's some fun when you plant a bomb on enemy and after some time without any suspicion from target - bang! While you got away and were taking care of others. Should be extra useful on bosses - shoot and forget and they walk ticking >:D
You know, you can add some stacking to it. Like 1 arrow stuck on target - regular bang, 2 arrows - large bang with some damage to ones around(not adding new timer), 3 arrows - instant big kaboom .V.!
