Luke has that unfinished crouch LK sprite I mentioned before AvX's release.

Yeah I'm sorry but he is in need of some more sprites.... He doesn't even have a proper grabbing animation.....

What he has now is still a Tiger Uppercut. He should have something like looks like he grabs you.

A lot of his sprites are misaligned too. His main problem before I get on the coding is that he needs more sprites.....If he had more sprites then things would be a lot different....

Anyway Arkady don't take what I said in the wrong way man.... I just want to see this Luke Cage get better and better and not be or look like someone else other than Luke Cage....

I'm pretty sure when I grab someone with this avx release, that he does the chain slam, I don't think there is an uppercut, the sprites are still there though in the sff, but not coded in to the character, cheers

Never said misalligned, I said unfinished. Do a crouch weak kick and see what I mean.

His smash throw has no smash sound effect. His basic moves lightning fast maybe lack frames. Still very fun to play when he is invincible.  :Terry

And yes your right about his grab animation but, yet the transition on his grab animation before it connects isnt a grab animation, its a punch.... All i'm saying that it would be nice if he had some frames where it looks like he actually looks like he is grabbing you before he does the slam.

But if that's fine enough for you, then i'm cool with it too. I was just sharing my opinion on the matter is all. I still think however that if he had more sprites then so much more could have been done to him....

I was the one who said it, but that's only a opinion of mine, it wasn't meant as a sign of disrespect so don't take it that way. Even the most talented creators get things said about there work, some they agree on and some they don't. Plus I never said the grab doesn't work, I was saying the start up needs more transition in the frames

Well here's a useless fact about me, I make characters, they may or may not appear in games, and when they do, I'm joyful and happy, but then I'm so happy with the game, I forget all about the characters I help made and play with the others I didn't, yes useless right
useless because I noticed Luke cage already has the CLK fixed (I didn't do it, my best guess is acey) so..... Let me go get that new sprite set, cheers and I'll upload the new clk and let you know when its done

Yeah man I realize it was a simple mistake. Its cool.... I wish he had some kind of ground pound for one of his specials though. Maybe that could be implemented on a future update or somethin.....

Well I originally was wanting to do something along those lines, (ground pound) but then I thought he would be the kind to use his body, which then ended up as the hyper stomp, so that's kinda where I left that, and moved onto trying to use the chain belt, moreso, and obviously didn't want to go down the ghost rider style path, instead birdie from sfa was just perfect, it made total sence that he would throw folks around with the chain not whip them (in a pootey tang style)

Oh I see. I understand that.... Yeah that chain grab was a good idea! It fits him so well. I like the chain spin too.

EDIT: I honestly didn't think the "pause" thing from AvX would be in this. Not sure how to feel about this honestly. He also has those launcher and air combo problems the previous version had
