Superman sprite edit. new 52. WIP

Ai controlled match

I basically just sprited over the old version for now.
WIll make video much clearer in future so you can see the finer details of spites. (I swear those details specially on the boots are there lol)

To do List:
Make animation smoother by adding more frames
-Fix original's messy boxes
-Replace Superscream Hyper w/ (undecided)
-Replace Cpt America&Supes w/ Justice League Hyper. (Might need help w/ coding for i suck at it)
-Replace Hyper portraits and effects
-Reconfigure command buttons
-Replace that retro Lois in the win pose video lol.

Any ideas on what will replace Superscream? Lv3 Hyper.
And try not to say "oh i hate this costume because I like my men in tight spandex" pls

*anyone have Kal-Elvis' contact info? i have hannibal's but I think it will be far fetched to reach them.
It be sad if i have to keep this to myself lol

in good time, upgrade to the old superman, basically 52 new costume looks great I like the adaptacon that you are giving.
if some prefer to autiguo jay perfect outfit to do but just to present a new version of it is welcome all guests, at least in their attire. :thumbsup:

He still has the blows of the magneto would be a good opportunity to correct, the new look was well edited  :thumbsup:

Its a pretty good edit of new 52 superman the one you have there :Terry I liked it a lot!, but as Zvitor said its recommended to have the permissions of Kal-Elvis to edit his work, I dunno if you have them, if not ask for them  :Wink also instead of the Superscream hyper,  I recommend you to replace it with the injustice hypermove when Superman punches the enemy to the space and then brings it down with another punch, that or maybe something like this

also in command buttons i think it would be better to use d, df, f+k for thw flying attacks

Wow... now Superman looks more good. However some sprites still needs a lot of work, as I see. Maybe he need more details.

Came here and saw this. I feel as though I have been summoned, lol.
Otherwise, looks pretty nice. Getting permission and of course, some clean up, and you have yourself a very promising wip.

New WIP lv3 hyper showcase



Things revealed on here:
-New stance based on the Injustice game
-Kryptonian Biosuit transformation
-LV3 Hyper based on the Injustice game

Things to do based on what you see here:
-need to change the walk forward animation. (doesnt look quite right yet)
-Clean up atmosphere animation ( I quicky did it just to see what it would look like and/or if i can pull it off). Its really pixely and color lossy for now
-Create my own code (For now its based on Sean Altly's superman hyper. Again pls dont stone me lol. I just wanted to see what it can look like). The only original thing ive coded here is the "space chase" animation and a few effects that ive inserted.
-Make the beginning of the hyper have supes grab p2 up in the air abit and then punching him into space instead of just a forward punch.
-realign some effects
-other realigning and animating not seen here

Things that I have no power over:
-Still no response to the permissions ive requested :(

was beautiful, you could use a more powerful punch to hurl into space

Well done on that new hyper. It looks really cool. As beto said, could use a better animation for punching into space. Or maybe he could throw them into space?

The new head on the stance looks a bit odd. Looks flat and smaller than it should be. Have you tried using the head from the old stance? Or will you be replacing the old heads on all the sprites?

as glad as i am to see a Superman WIP i must say that you have to work mainly at Hannibal's Superman work than in Kal-Elvis one, coz he hasnt been around in almost 4 years or more... and i've heard that Hannibal is still arond...

Thanks! Yeah once I figure out the codes for the grab i want that punch will surely be changed to look more like how he uppercuts in the Injustice game.

I agree on the flatness. Ive gone through several different heads and cant seem to get it just right yet. I dont know about changing all of the old heads for time might come into play in a few months. will definitely work on it some more
