Are you trying to use her in winmugen? By the looks she's been updated to 1.0, probably completely so reverting her to winmugen may be difficult.

Try her in 1.0 and if she works there that's the reason for it.

Its a screen a screen a pack. The 1.0 version has yet  to be released. Use a different screen pack until its released. there isn't a release date set as of yet.

And as with anything made for winmugen. Although it might not work, put it in 1.0 and see if it does.
