Increasing Hyper attack damage?

Can anyone help me out for increasing the damage of hyper attacks on AxKeepers red skull and link for my own personal roster? I dont like doing a hyper and it does like 10% damage. I'd like to increase it where each hyper does 30% damage to a basic character
