for some reason my mom can't sign in to yahoo mail, keeps asking "whats your favorite uncle"

thing is she don't have "uncles"

Sounds like she either needs to get her parents to divorce, so they can remary someone, perferably someone with a male sibling or a female sibling who is married, then build a strong relationship with that new uncle in order to answer the question...
