Mini Moon (Beta) Released

A beta version of Mini Moon has been released for testing and feedback.



Known Items to be completed:
-Flip-Kick special and hyper do not connect on first hit (CLSNs being reworked)
-Twinkle Yell (Pegasus hyper) spawns Pegasus on p2 (Deciding whether to leave as is, or have Pegasus spawn behind Mini Moon and charge after p2)
-Throw sounds
-Hitsparks and FX
-Original hyper portrait from former author

Mini Moon has been updated today, and is no longer in the beta phase. Still trying to figure out what to do about the Pegasus hyper, and still waiting on the new hyper portrait.

In addition, the other Sailors have received minor updates.
