I'll look into them, and see what I can do. The layers should be easy enough to rip, but that remains to be seen. We will see. Just keep checking back on the first post, to see any status changes in the list. That legend is really helping me out so far.

All games recently posted, have been added to the list.  :w00t:

I know Rival Turf got somewhat ripped. But not every stage was ripped, at least to my knowledge. So I can add that to the list. Brawl Brothers never got any rips, and sorely deserves it. So that will also be added to the list. As for Peace Keepers, I may end up doing the Japanese version. Since the US version has no music for the majority of the game. Just ambient sounds, lol. Then again, I may bypass Peace Keepers, because of the slightly isometric perspective it shows.

On a side note, me and a childhood friend would play the crap out of this game back then, from sun up, to sun down. We probably only beat the game a few times. But it was hilarious to see what happens when the main characters go into rage mode XD

Adding Rival Turf & Brawl Brothers to the list. Making the decision to omit Peace Keepers.

The legend for what color represents what has also been updated. So there are more choices to see. The status will change, depending if available rips are present or not.

oh and heres the name of that cybernetic samurai snes game i was talking about....i think you might find more stages to create from it later on also maybe

Ah yes, Hagane. The bane of my existence XD. I loved, yet hated this game with a pasion, because of how hard it was. It was Shadow Dancer hard, lol. Only Stage 1-1 was ripped from that game, but that alone could make a good Super Jump ready stage to fight on. It's been added to the list, with purple text.

Battletoads Genesis Snake Pit sir.

You're in luck, the only rips for the Genesis version of Battletoads, is characters and enemies. No stage rips exist yet, so this gives me something to work with. I've added it to the list with Yellow text.

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. Good choice :w00t:

I play that game, solely for the way the stages look. It's fun a hell to play at that. I'm glad I know how to rip stuff from mame without using Artmoney. So that should work out. It's going to take a little time though, because I have to use an external image capture to get the shots.

Mame has a GFX & TMap layer viewer. But, it disables the function to take screenshots. So it's extra work, but pays off in the end. Adding that in the list.

Karnath's Lair would give an excellent christmas themed stage! (but you must include the "Butt-Kicking Zone" sign)

Seems like we are going to have a minor problem with ripping Super Battletoads Arcade. I ran it through MAME, and the Palette color options came up, but the GFX/TMap layer didn't come up at all. It is completely inaccessible by normal means. So this means  I would need to use Artmoney to get what I need.

And I'm a complete n00b when it comes to using it. Otherwise, I would have been doing all of my ripping with that instead. The one guide there is about Artmoney is either outdated, or the link doesn't work. So I'm going to need some help figuring out how it works, when it comes to sprites.

I'm going to make a change to the first page post, and add a new color status to the legend guide. Anything that requires Artmoney to rip something, will be that color. Check the first page post.

Star fox is purple, will this help
http://spriters-resource.com/snes/starfox/index.html
http://spriters-resource.com/snes/starfox2/index.html
There's enemy objects at least

 :-??

Thanks, didn't realize the rips got a bit more complete as far as enemies go (it has been quite a while Since I last saw that rip sheet list for Star Fox). However, if you really look at it, for some of the stages, parts of the terrain were not ripped in those sheets. It's why it was purple. Given the nature of these current rips however, I can remove it out of purple status. Since this is probably going to be as complete as it will get.

Thanks SpiderMew, updating the list now.  :)

Ah, Demon's Crest. Completely forgot about that game. It indeed was big, and well done for the time it was out. I'm going to add that to the list. That makes about 31 games so far? Technically it's 30, since CvS2 is one that I can't rip at the moment. And it may be 29, if I can't figure out how to operate Artmoney, so I can rip Super Battletoads Arcade

Thanks, if you know of anyone who can offer assistance, bring them to this thread. It's mostly suggestions, but any help would work out also.

And I agree, it would have been nice, if it was on Ultimate Ghouls n' Ghost level of looks. That needs to have a console release.

Also, The list has been updated in the front. Super Battletoads has changed status & 1 new game has been added in.

Can't recall stages from this game ever being released. But I'll add it to the list. the more the merrier.

Also, due to holiday work, I'm putting all stage creating on hold. So I expect to be back on this hobby of mine the day after Christmas.

Screw the above strike out. I'm going for it.  8)
