okay so i have fighter factory and im trying to add a character sprite to my portrait on the character select screen. I have some awesome portraits but i want my character sprite to be there too.
im trying to find a way to add another sprite to my portrait.

Step one, download the image out of fighter factory
Step two, download the sprite out of whatever source
Step three, open photoshop or gimp and edit the image
Step four, watch this video, but do not skip the add, and do what it says
