Ayo 1st off he has no taunt...that's a big no no when it comes to chars all chars should have taunts at least but its w.e.
Not all chars need taunts. I admit it surprised me but it's not a big deal

yeah i'm loving the no taunt, coz it means he'll get like 10+ of them later, (i'm basing this off what i've heard in the soundbytes), he is basically worse than spidey when it comes to taunting people, (exactly what you would expect from a great brotherhood character) well done z on this one

if you are looking for throw ideas = grabs opponent launches them and torches them (ala x3 movie with the cars style)

it's me or he doesnt chain very well low combo kick... the combos with punch no problem... but the kicks no chain vrey well...

My only problem with this character is that some of the attacks don't seem very powerful, or satisfying.
But, its still a very good character.

damn, i really hate clones bugs, will investigate,thanks.

it happened after flamethrower? fire trail was at screen? was AI or player?

O nvm ZV i just played pyro with someone else and he didn't have a clone but when i played avalanche with cyclops and wolverine they made clones so yea it was avalanche the whole time :/ so yea i guess him not havin a taunt or much of a throw is the only thing that's missin

and sorry hyper but a char just ain't a char without a taunt...cause a taunt is what makes the char even more interesting to use..cause i like to taunt after i beat someone lol

Actually I think C. Commando is a perfect base for Pyro.   He's the perfect size and his arms are pretty much spot on for Pyro's.   With the new head, he looks pretty much exactly as he's supposed to.   That was pretty much the only thing that irked me with the original pyro released (sprite wise anyway)...the head.  It wasn't distinguished enough from C. Commando's.   

I think this re-vamped version is really well done.   My only complaint (if I felt I had to voice one) would be that he doesn't really make as many of the "fire creatures/animals" he's pretty much known for.   His power is the manipulation of Fire... he can form it into anything he wants and control it to do what ever he wishes it to do.  Now, this character does have a special (which can even be upgraded to a hyper if you have a bar of energy in your power bar) in that Ground fire that he makes and then can do different things with (including moving it towards the opponent).   I love this move.    I just think he should make a few more fire constructs.   For instance, the Hyper fire ball that he does (the sprites for this are excellent, it's impressive looking), while it gets the job done... it would be much more "Pyro" if it were in the shape of some kind of fire monster/animal.  I know that the giant fire phoenix has been overused... but it doesn't have to be this.   A Bat?  or a Dragon perhaps?   Just something that would fit how Pyro tends to use his powers a bit more.   

Don't get me wrong...as I said, I like this character as is.  He's great.   I'm just giving some food for thought at future improvements.  Keep up the masterful work.  :)

but make fire constructs was not so easy like green lantern (just put a green pal), i didnt found effects enough for beast constructs, i found some phoenix birds, but to be useless like astral´projection or green lantern helicpter, i preffer keep one effective move list.

I understand where you're coming from. 

However, I do enjoy playing as him.  He fights well and his current moves get the job done.  So no worries, man.  He's good.

What if you used a red/orange/yellow pal and then put fire animations behind and infront of them with code, and make them semi-transparent with code?

i tink is not enought, ididnt tested, but im trying imagine killacrock wolf attack with fire animations behind and  semi-transparent, in my mind it dont looks fine....

well, he is not complete, i should back to him when PX projects get close to some release, then i can try some test like this one.
