Chill Penguin Update v1.3

Hey IMT. MugenPlayer21 here again.

Well I've been taking a break for awhile now...and I've been doing some more updates on ol' Chill Penguin. It seemed that the v1.2 update was broken to me, especially the air combos. So this update should be a great improvement.





Well, that's pretty much everything for now. I hope everyone enjoys the updates, and a big thanks to all who supported this character!  :w00t: :)

The changes in this update (copied from readme):
-Added a NEW Chill Blizzard Hyper (D, DB, B + 2K on the ground)
-Some slight edits to Win Poses, Intros, and the required sprites
-Readjusted the basic and special attacks
-Added an idle state to Penguin Missile attacks, for easier combo chaining when attack connects
-Fixed broken air combo chaining issues

This Chill Penguin character looks amazing but god it really needs some AI cause he sits around and does nothing.  You see...I do a Mugen Series where I have all these really aggro characters go at it.  I'd love for your Chill Penguin to have monster AI and be super aggro so I can have him really dominate on my roster.  XD

a little feedback:

- invalid changestate

(click to show/hide)

- Shotgun Hailstorm can be connected 3 times and do small damage

(click to show/hide)

- problem with grabs

(click to show/hide)

- he can't move during attacks in superjump, & when finish the attack can't move
- air combo has a lot of problems, only work well in a specific point
- infinity priority in some attacks
