yeah she is, just when you think your done and you go through the sprites.....the rest are wierd and color all over the place makes the pal complicated, i hate when playing mugen using a character you do a certain move and the color pixel on his/her leg/arm/head changes color

Alright...although I am a competent pallet maker, i am not very good

, so, I will request a pallet that I have so far, been able to make look good, so...
can you make a white, blonde dudly by Tin? its just not coming out right for me.

well i would pm u but its syns private beta Dragon Guy so cant do it man >.> but can u give me some help on how to make a pallet or point me to a tutorial or something that would be good
