I DO know what he means and it's not what you think. It's just part of armor for pants. Kinda like how medival knights wear them. Arthur's a good example.

He's In cuz I think he fitted the game, also The son of Dracula who bit Jubilee and made her a vampire is also in it! but he's a slightly edited Iori for that matter, but thanks Hyper

I just thought it was weird for the Shadow King to be in the mall. Like he wanted to go to Orange Julius before planning to kill Xavier

Well, Shadow King is there cuz He suddently wanted to kill Jubilee, since she was alone in the closed mall as she is a mall rat... but then he discovers that there was someone else there fighting her! so he stood in the back to watch the fight til the end!.... Just think of that story

That would have been awesome, but such feautures does not exist for Mugen yet!

Seems like it.

My suggestion to CROM is to change the color of the mall to a Darker tone. Malls usually close real late at night. The best example would be Beximus Metro Dream Stage.

yeah I forgot about the shadow part

It's closed as theres no people there, x-cept Dracula's Son, S-King and the fighters!
also some stuff is removed as the flags! and it has a darker tone to it!
might be a little hard to see it at the walls, but easy on the floor I hope C:
