Wow, man! Where'd you get your express copy of the game? Its just that I figured, we'd have no way of knowing if this was Sony's Punchtime Explosion or a bonafide SSB rival until we, you know, have it?

From what I've seen it looks good, the only issue I have is the KO system. I guess I won't know how well it works until I play it.

@Kriven: I see no difference in this and the Smash franchise, and that's not a bad thing, either.

In any case, I like how the team @ SuperBot are trying to put some elements of strategy and competitiveness in this game. Not sure how it'll fair out in the end especially when there's 4 people on the screen, but still this is their chance to add their own flavor to the party game genre.

You might be right, but seeing as the game is still in development, who knows. Your response seems pretty fan-boyish though. Hey, didn't you like MvC3/UMVC3?

Anyone else find it odd that for a game that's suppose to star the main PS chars, people who you first think of when you think PS,  doesn't have a lot of those kind of chars into it. It has a lot of PS exclusives sure (except for Big Daddy and Heaichi, sorry for misspell BTW) but no one with such significance like, say, Crash or Spyro.

I want to like this game, I'm not shipping Nintendo as the only one who can do a platform fighter. This has Sly in it, why should I not like it?

But I don't need to play the game to see how fluffy and light the impacts are. I don't need to see the game to see that it has no style, that everything clashes horribly, that Pa Rappa animates worse than a flash cartoon. I can already tell the game isn't going to be very good, and if there were much faith in them updating the system to something more solid they wouldn't be showing it off.

Infinite: MVC3/UMvC3 as in the games are alright, I haven't played them much and prefer TvC. MVC3/UMvC3 the two separate games are also okay, because the content boost was really worth being a sequel. I won't say "liked" but maybe "wasn't ridiculously upset because I could see the logic going on and it made sense."

A beta version of Sony's PlayStation All-Star Battle Royale revealed additional characters and stages that were previously unannounced. New characters include RAIDEN (Metal Gear Solid), DANTE (Devil May Cry), Ratchet (Ratchet & Clank), Sackboy (LittleBigPlanet), Spike (Ape Escape), Sir Daniel Fortesque (MediEvil), Nariko (Heavenly Sword) and EVIL COLE (Infamous).

looks great , but I wonder if any Resident Evil or Silent hill characters will be in this game, I really hope so, I love those two game series's personally

Anybody see the video of Raiden being broken down by S-Kill? Looks very good. Also Nariko and the guy from MediEval are in.
