DEATH BATTLE! - Link VS Cloud

Death battle has been going down hill but wow. this was totally one sided. They not only didnt take into account all abilities. they made crap up too.
Cloud can have a temper but he doesnt let it hampper his fighting. Also Cloud does rely on brute force but the guy does switch up is strategy if its not working. They severely limited his equipment. They bent the rules for link. Where Link had All his. I can list everything if want but would be a lando essay. They gave that cheap excuse and lame reasoning at the beginning and end to avoid any flaming.  I  think im done with death battle after this.

If this sounds like I'm taking sides, it's because this battle seemed to do the same. Your guys' battle ignores and contradicts key factors. Why was Cloud's Ribbon not effective? He was frozen and stunned. Link can use the Pegasus Boots to run up a pillar? He can't even run up anything in any of his games. Cloud is taken out by a slash and bombs? First off, the armour effects were ignored completely. Second, he's suffered stabbings, flown through Bahaumut's Flare magic, went through two cases of severe Mako poisoning and shot at the head. All of Link's attacks should have either been minuted or halved because of his armour settings. I love both of these games and I admit Link is quicker than Cloud by far, but you gave Link a huge advantage here that was just materialized. Blocking / evading Cross-Cut and Omnislash? Not possible.

It would also depend on which Link were being used. They never specified, they just said "Link" and that doesn't sit with me at all. For instance, I feel like The Hero of Time would be able to best Cloud, but The Hero of Winds wouldn't be able to even remotely. They're different characters, and need to be treated as such.

Also, they should leave the 3D to Monty Oum.

of people dont know that every Link is different. and that at the start of his journey that he has no sword skill or this 10 worrior bs they mentioned. Im starting to think its true. that they bend the rules to suit who they favor. I mean look what they said and did with cloud. Yes i am a die hard Cloud fan. Im a link too. I prefer cloud but i prefer truth more. in most cases things dont favor link.

It felt to me like they knew there were separate Links, and they just mashed them all together into one for the sake of it. The Hero of Time never uses the Pegasus Boots, for instance. The Iron and Hover Boots, yeah, but not the Pegasus Boots.

He was also using the Twilight Princess era bombs and boomerang, and hookshot too (I think.) Oh, but Twilight Link also never used the Pegasus Boots.
