Hi, so I have always wanted to create a stage that is based of the Batman character known as Penguin.
I hope for the future he might be a playable character that I can add for my Mugen collection , but before anyone makes him, you can play he's stage!

no problem man, i like the stage. looks great too. all we do need is Penguin to go right along with it...and i dont mean Happy Feet either. , wait i swore someone was making him? i saw his sprite somewhere , i think at cvg as a wip?

Once i get better at making stages i hope to get up to yours , wolvie, ex shadaow and others quality one day. step by step bro.

True man!, well I think REDZ is making him, but we all know REDZ, when will he be back huh?
also Toni made good animations for Penguin, but I think he will not make him.

Also yeah one day you will also make stages, and I can't wait to try em

why not use pinguin sprites from tony in your stage?

Ofcourse I could add Penguin into the stage background.. But I did not do it, because one day Penguin will be a playable character for mugen and this be he's stage, so why see 2 Penguins in the stage would seem kind of odd, don't you think?
