Street fighters EX series. Crapcoms poster child

A lot of people seem to dislike the Ex series. The same seems to be the same with Crapcom also. I personally liked it. It was the first SF series i was a dedicated players of. Ex and alpha were the two that made me love SF.  yes i play sf, sf2, etc. I just didnt really like tho games. Well anyways back to the point. Does Crapcom hate Ex series? i would love to see some of the characters from that series in some of the new games or even mugen for that matter .

Why would you think that capcom hates the ex series? They havent been seen out side that series. These are all kinds of different projects, cross projects with characters from every comer of the crapcom universe. but not these guys? why? Humph Ken (Kevin) in street fighter 2010 may appears before them

This Why I dont post as often as i have been. I all ways run into those that cant READ or  wont read.  I NEVER SAID CRAPCOM HATES THEM. i ask do they hate them? I also stated i didnt know if they owned the rights after the question was posed my another member. I read on the game and never came across who had the rights. Which part of the reason i post this thread. To obtain that answer. I just didnt think some arrogant jerk would come in with a damn attitude and ruin my thread. I was hopping to talk about this game. I have fond memories of it. Its the game that pulled me into SF.

That means your acknowledging it as a question because you gave it a legitamate answer. the first question i asked about capcom hating the ex series and the second question i asked are pretty similar so maybe you should read your own posts and your replies to others. Basicaly i asked what makes you think capcom hates the ex series and you responded to it by saying that they werent uses outside of their own games so i asked how is that a reasoning for thinking that capcom hates them. I didnt reply to your question because your answering my question with a question. I asked do they hate them. you asked why do i think they MAY hate them. (quote unquote) Gave my reasons why i believe this may be true.  You asked how how does this mean they hate them..........why would i answer that? its talking me away from what i wanted to know. I wanted to now why they are not featured in other games not the reason why i think crap hates(may hate) them.  Thats why i didnt reply to the second asking of same question. I could have answered and see if this drew be to the answer i desired. Then this this out come could have been possible averted. but thats me being patient and my name says i lack that. i think its because arika has the rights to the characters that arent from the original sf games. ive been hoping for characters like garuda and skullomania to make a comeback but i dont think itll ever happen
 if its not a licensing issue then the game probably isnt as popular as they hoped or theyre not going back into those 3d styled fighters, because they havent made a new rival schools either.

Akira owns the rights to the characters and they aren't popular enough to warrant Capcom to buy them the Ex characters showed up again in one of Akira's 3DS test project fighting sample

Dunno about you, guys, but I liked EX's characters. Cracker Jack, Doctrine Dark, Blair Dame, Skullomania, Vulcano Rosso... they are cool and I don't think they are unpopular. They could be worth buying . Though crapcom more likely will go with Darun->Hakan way to avoid paying, that's more in their style.

I personally LOVE the EX series. It brought us unique characters, excellent music, and a challenge mode where we got to try and perfom some bad butt combos. If Akira and Capcom were to bring SFEX to the 3DS, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. They just need to break away from the failure that was SFEX3, cause thats what really killed the series. Make sure that everyone knows that it will be NOTHING like 3 ya know? Also, bring back Allen Snider, Blair Dame and Akuma!

I loved the SF EX series. Anyone who says they didn't like it has no taste in video games. It's honestly better than SSFIV. You can actually... do combos without needing perfect timing. *gasp* 

P.S. Garuda and Skullomania need to make a comeback!

1ST PAGE....WOW!

anyway, i played all 3 myself and owned all 3. i liked mostly cracker jack, blair dame, allen snyder, skullomania  and def Doctrine Dark. i liked quite a few others as well but those i mained.  why capcom ( aka crapcom) doesnt go for licensing a few of the characters for nostalgia and fandome purposes is ehhh beyond me but i think it would be a cool tribute to include a couple in their games now.maybe they dont wanna pay a certain price or share in the revenue. who knows. i think the series is popular enough amongst its fans of the characters and not maybe the whole series. i would like Doctrine Dark who could be a cool match up with Rolento and Allen Snyder i would tag in with Abel. SO i would hope to see some of them one day if ever possible because i think that would feel loike they bringing in new and fresh faces instead of the same ole same oles.

@ lando: i'm waiting for my ricky ricard...er...rosso for mugen . the ex series was okay to me it had some fun characters and the combo game was just sick. 3 killed it for me and i can't for the love of me find fighting layer (another arika game that house a few ex people btw) again. but after playing the overhyped super street fighter 4 , it made me revisit the ex series and this is what i saw :
