I think you should think outside of the box if you have just 2 spots. She-Hulk would be a too obvious option.
Guardian would be cool. Tigra would be cool too (she will be on my game too).

But If my vote goes for Blink. She could be awesome on this game.

I would vote in Emma Frost and the Scarlet Witch to be the two remaining characters are two famous comic characters and it would be pretty cool to play with them.
