Youtube video/audio downloading tutorial

I know there are some sites which can rip videos from Youtube, but I don't like that way.

Here is what I use:

MACINTOSH, LINUX and WINDOWS

The best option is xVideoServiceThief, for MAC and Linux. The windows version is good too, but I prefer Atube.

Now, if you don't want to use any program, you can download videos from www.keepvid.com. It can even download high definition videos with good speed.

Atube does the same (you can get 1080i videos) and can convert it automatically.

I download videos and convert them to my dingoo and works like a charm. Also, its how I get music for my stages, in many cases.
