shadaloo...bro.... its a private wip thing bro. ya know make the characters and keep them to myself... cmon son! what you think imma do? make sprites of the girls and dance around in the nude or something?  , i mean i know i got issues but i am far from being that far gone into the insane abyss.   

like i said too, its very good artwork. gave me good concepts to think about if i ever wanted to make sprites of them or wips one day cause at least i have the visual. besides, i am gonna do an adult Toph bei fong from a pic i saw in sprite. see not so bad ya know.

No, MMX6 is not the worst game in the MMX series I would say that MMX7 was the worst in the series. I  thought that MMX6 was not bad it was good but, not great. I would say after MMX4 the production quality of the MMX games kind of fell off some what because MMX5 and MMX6 went with cut scene that where just still images and MMX6 they where just so lazy that they used the jap dub instead of hiring an English cast.  Though I would say that the game play has not really ever fallen off in any of the MMX games aside from 7.

I think it was suppose to end at X5 but, you know Capcom they saw more money to be made so they just pumped out more X games. I wish they did not end MMZ the way they did because it was another one of those we will let you guess what happened to Zero instead of giving you a straight answer.

...I don't know how to feel about this but I hopped over to Capcom's Tokyo Game Show website and turns out Rockman isn't the the only title getting Mobile versions. There's also Biohazard VS (Res Evil), Monster Hunter Massive Hunting, SFxT Mobile, and a new IP called Ninja Arms.

So, There might actually be some truth to the rumor that Capcom plans to do better by Rockman... Still, not holding my breath or anything.

Getting Mega Man Legends Re-Released Digitally Won't Be Easy

We've heard it time and time again: Mega Man Legends can't come to PlayStation Network. All three games in the series are prohibited to hit the PS1 Classics storefront because Capcom no longer has the licensing rights to use certain voice acting performances.

Yet in spite of the challenges, Mega Man Legends 1 & Legends 2 were among the candidates in Capcom's digital survey; a recent poll designed to gauge interest in future digital re-releases. Why even option the games if we know for certain they can't hit PSN? Well, it turns out Capcom might be able to do something after all... but there's a catch.


Capcom Unity member Metal pitched the question to Capcom: "Why is the survey asking us about a Legends 1 & 2 re:releases when it's impossible since the VA barriers are still unsolved?" Capcom USA vice president Christian Svensson arrived on the scene with some clarification:

    "The VO barriers exist for a release of PS1 code (which can't be changed) on PSN. They do not exist if we were to port them to other platforms and replace the original VO (new development required, which is expensive). The question exists to gauge interest and only that."


Sony does not allow developers to alter PS1 code for PlayStation Network. If the games were to be re-released digitally, Capcom would have to peruse another digital platform, then re-record most, if not all of the dialog. This process would likely entail the hiring of an entirely new voice cast. Mind you, much of the original cast no longer work in the ADR business. Moreover, it's virtual impossible for Corey Sevier to reprise Mega Man Volnutt: he's all grown up now.

Hiring fresh voice actors is a costly affair already... but moving the games to other platforms? That's another pretty penny. We're talking about three games if you count the option of The Misadventure of Tron Bonne. Each game would have to retail for, maybe, $15+ to recoup development costs.

But if the results of the poll prove favorable, maybe this is something Capcom will look into. And that was the whole point of the poll: to gauge interest in future digital products. If there's a significant demand for a particular product, they'll discuss it. What they will look at is budget and cross check it with demand. That's all there is to it. For now, though, we can only wait and see.

Street Fighter X Mega Man Version 2 Due This Friday

This Friday, January 18, Capcom will distribute the highly anticipated update for Street Fighter X Mega Man. Version 2 will fine-tune various bugs and implement a password system, among other changes:

    Confirmation prompt before exiting (ESC) or resetting (F12) the game
    E Tank glitch and various other bugs fixed
    Improved controller support (Game defaults to keyboard on launch; make sure controller is plugged in prior to opening the file, then go into Options menu and set keys)
    Take screenshots using F9
    M Bison buffed a bit


No additional content this time around, but these updates are said to make the game easier to run and play (always a good thing). SFXMM V2 will be available straight from the Mega Man group page on Capcom Unity around 5pm PT/8pm ET. Look forward to it!

Sorry dude, I want a new Legends. I went on a limb getting that game when it came out and was not dissapointed, and hot damn the second one blew the first out of the water. I'm want Legends 3 more than any game that could come out. There was no good reason not to make it for Wii, most of the people that want it are also die-hard Nintendo fans, Legends 3 on Wii would have practically printed money for Capcom.

So if the final option was to move the games to new platforms, the Wii U would be perfect.
