Help Needed for my MUGEN Game

Alright, so right now I'm customizing MUGEN 1.0 and there something I want to add but I don't know if its possible.

So, what I want is: When a round ends and it says "(Insert name here) Wins)", I want there to be a little sound effect or music to it before the next round or match.

Does anyone know if it's possible to add it and if so, how to add it?

This would only work in a small custom game environment. You would have to code the name sound into each individual character then just have the sound play during their win pose.
