Yo Durrecllar, you need to go and put collision boxes on these animations : 0,1,2

Now the thing is, they already have some in them but they are not on each frame.

I found this out by going to the animations tab and looking thru each frame of those animation numbers i just said.

Simply go in them and put new blue collision boxes over the frames that dont have any. Because right now, you can hardly hit Sol-Badguy because he doesnt have collision boxes on some off those frames in those animation numbers

You've done such a good job with these. Many of these and have made mediocre or dull characters pop to life and become must-play for those of us fans of VS and capcom games. Your SpawnER, with some minor fixes, is astounding.

Pay attention that this depends too much on which kind of attack you are making. Weapons, for example, doesn't have blue clsn over red ones. And the rule of to cover every red clsn with a blue isn't not used anymore by many people.

That seems to be a matter of opinion, as many creators still do cover them, normally in the interest of balance.

Not to derail (by all means if we continue, I'll PM) but personally I think it is tough sometimes to hit SS characters when they have that (somewhat) massive invincible reach (Genjuro for example)...however I will concede that often these characters are slow enough to punish, which may balance them out...

The animations that I was talking about were standing animations....They were not attacks at all.  I didn't tell him to do that for every animations, just for the ones I named is all. If you go in you'll see that those animations that I named are only standing animations, that's it.

But as far as other attacks in the animation file, your exactly right Illu.

You have turned Zantetsu into a masterpiece. Very well done indeed! Your talent is astounding! If your considering pushing yourself, try adding hypers that are hyped up regular and/or super motion combos such as Wolverine's "Weapon X" and "Berserker Barrage" hypers. Other than that, you truly are a artistic mark on the mugen community by giving great characters with great controls and play. Thank you!
