HELLO COMUNITY, SORRY MY BAD ENGLISH.
I GOT THE PERMISSION OF ACEY TO DO THIS PATCH PREVIOUSLY. I WANT TO SHARE THIS PATCH FOR CABLE, NOW HE HAS A NEW HYPER, I AM A BEGINNER PROGRAMING MUGEN, I DONT OFFER MUCH, ITS ONLY A LITTLE ATTACK, I HOPE YOU LIKE IT.

I really like the new hyper, there is only one bit of feedback I have. When the hyper begins there is a phoenix sound effect but when the move actually hits the other player there are no hit sound effects. If hit sound effects were to be added it would be perfect. All in all I really like it, good job obsidian.

I removed the link, you need to upload a patch, not an entire character download. I'm tracking downloads of my content I can't do that if you're hosting the entire character.

Edit: I'm incorporating the changes into the main download for Cable, this is a really great hyper obsidian! I'm not including the MvC2 hitsparks though. I'm also going to update the movelist intro. The updated link will be up shortly.

Ok, Cable has been updated on the main site. I took the hyper created by obsidian, added hit sounds and fire sound, changed up the hitdef to remove getpower and add Hyper attack properties, created an extra state to adjust for screen possition and increased the super pause. I rewrote a lot of the code since it seemed that the code in there came from a variety of sources. I also added the move to the intro move list. This Level 3 hyper doesn't work with palette 4 or 5 since those are the classic palettes and neither of those palettes have Hope on the screen as a helper.

@ obsidian, I really appreciate all the work you put into this new attack. I also noticed that you upgraded a lot of the transparent sprites and added MvC2 hitsparks for the viper beam and other moves. I did not incorporate these with my re-release since the Cable sprites were blurred rather than softened and I was not fond of the end effect. The other hitsparks didn't seem to match the rest of the way Cable was set up so I left those out as well.

HELLO ACEY, FIRST OF ALL, SORRY FOR UPLOAD THE ENTIRE CHARACTER, I SHOULD HAVE   TO UPLOAD THE ARCHIVES THAT I MODIFIED, SORRY, I DONT WANT BOTHER YOU,   :( THAT DAY I WAS VERY TIRED AND I HAD A LOT OF HOME WORK.

 I FEEL HONORED THAT YOU MODIFY MY IDEA, THATS COOL. THANKS FOR ADD TO THE MOVELIST AND ADD ME TO THE CREDITS.

AS TO THE VIPER BEAM, I AM JUST LEARNING TO CREATE TRANSPARENT SPRITES, I NEED TO IMPROVE THIS.
