Honestly, outside of the Movie back in the day, when have you ever known Starscream to beat anybody, let alone a target he couldn't hit on his best day?

You have to remember it was a kids show, and honestly its not to child friendly for a giant robot to be killing people/ beat the good giant robot. Especially at the time it was made, look at an episode of gi.joe and see how many times cobra won and you'll get my point.

I dunno, he can pretty much turn any robot he fights into mechanical chopped liver, then again it's a robot so I guess it doesn't count
