I know I've been asking a lot of question but Mugen is just too much fun and I've been having free time so... customization time!

Is it possible to have both characters full power at the start of all battles without using the debug keys? If so how?

I know when you hit, or get hit, the power meter goes up and you can set the multiplier for it. But since some char can power up DBZ style, it's kinda unfair for the others like Mario, Megaman, Batman, Duke Nukem, etc. that can't.

Starting maxed out may fix that?

Otherwise, I would loooove to add a DBZ power up style to everybody that doesn't have one...

The sctrl is called poweradd.

I would suggest adding this code to [statedef -2] in the CNS file

[State 0, PowerAdd]
type = PowerAdd
trigger1 = roundstate = 0
value = 3000
persistent =0

Acey, it shoud be better if he uses a powerset instead of a poweradd, because if poweradd will keep adding power as long as you are on roundstate 0

Also you can make your char only to get the powerbar against characters that starts with it
using a triggerall =enemy,power>=1
