I don't know exsacly what's going on with this Red arremer? Other than just trowing kicks and regualr punch. I haven't been able to get him to do any sort special move or hyper move. The read me note pad is basicacly useless bc there's nothing in there. I just replace the one i had with this one, Forgot to save  a copy of my old Red arremer, Damn it!

Well, you can always decipher command inputs by looking at the CMD file in notepad.

I did that as well and no it didn't work. This character it looks to have no spcial moves or hypers, he just trows punch and kicks, plus he is also a little buggy. He's constanly geting stuck trowing a simple punch or just a kick and once he's stuck he just continue trowing the same punch or kick until u oponent hit u or u just cancel the match. THere's absolutely nothing wrong with my controller bc i thought probably for a second, my controller stop working but no i tested my controller with some 15 other characters in my characters roster and i was able to perform every move 100% without any problems.

Perhaps your download of the character glitched, just try again.

Try re-downloading him... and perhaps Mai and Raiden too, just in case.

I too am having issues with this character. Like Nickfurry said, he gets stuck in standard attacks, uses no specials, and generally just lets himself get owned.
