What does this mean?

I tried to log into CVG and this popped up:

Table './spooky77_smf/spooky77_messages' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

What does this mean (other than the fact that I can't get into CVG for now)?

It means their fourms are down. Just wate till they fix it up, feal free to hang out and post here.

Those were the good old days.

SMF is good but lead to many crashes like that.

Probabily, the DB is ISAM and not InnoDB.

I got an email from them

We had to do a backup from the host server. Their latest backup was early saturday morning. All data (including posts and topics) between then and now lost.
