about your sprite:

i signalize the main issued areas:

aswell, i put some "enforcement" pixels at the edges of the arms and such, this pixels shoud be in the darkest tone of the gamma of the clothing.

other thing is the palette, it has 150 colors. CvS should use 15. or a lil more if needed for color separations.

the eye lashes are too big, use shading better for the tails of the eyes. the dark area in the skirt (your left) looks weird.

How are you able to tell how many colours are used? That'd help a lot ^^'

And yeah, I know about the left part of the skirt..I think I might have fixed it. I added a few variations on the 1st page of my thread (if you care to check).
I like the eyes as they are. The KoF sprite implies that Mature is wearing heavy eye make-up, but I'll try the shading and see how it looks.
Aww geeze, I like the hair. What's wrong with the hair? Something always goes wrong with the friggin hair ^^"
So, I'm getting that you circled the crotch area cuz the shading was too dark, and the boobs look weird, but what's wrong with the hands?

yeah i gottem thx

the hand is folded "squared", it can be softed wih 1 or 2 pixels.
you used staright lining in the hair, should be curve.
in the crotch area, also the lines are too straight.

i know the number of colors, by checking the palette. in fact, u can see how many exact color a char has for his person only, by turning it to RGB, and them to PCX and use the "exact" palette option...

What progam are you using to do this? I'm attempting to do this with Photoshop but I can't seem to find where to go ^^"

In Photoshop, go to Image, then Image Mode, then RGB, then...um......I lost track of where I was going now....^^;;
