RMM Protoman and Bass Stages

[Afterthought]

Is anyone making stages for Protoman and Bass for RMM? I know that there's a stage suggestion thread, but it's closed. I would suggest a building top kinda of stage for Protoman, and a city on fire for Bass like in Megaman Megamix, or in a street like in Megaman 7, but at night. I would make them, too, but I don't really know how to make stages.
(I hope I don't get in trouble for this!!)

I went to this site but the stages don't work. I downloaded the stages for Bass, Proto, X and Zero, and some EXE stages, but they don't work in my Mugen.
