KI style character select screen rotating

I have seen the revolving character select screen but cant figure out how to do it like this for example

Let me know how contacting the screen pack maker goes.

That is a trick using the cursor anim, were you make a animation on the size of the whole screen.

Like I did here:

But works just on full games, because when you wanna to add new chars, you need to make it again.

btw, the solution that O Ilu provided is the solution to animated stances, not particularly rotating character select. Rotating character select is much easier.
