I know this isn't really the place to comment on this....but... I have to side with the people that SFxTekken was more of a "hype" intended for Capcom to save face. The guy in that vid hasn't seen what Pandora is capable of, though I've seen it. From what I've seen, it works just like an X-factor mechanic. I love what Capcom used to be... Sadly, now it just seems like Capcom struggles to make any competent game now.

On topic of your sprites, great Gouken. Also, that Rapheal(TMNT) character sprite you have there in the first post is BOSS. I'd like to see other turtles converted when/if you have the time. Perhaps even Kairi. Great work.

on the point of Sf X Tekken,, me i love the game solo wise right now but online against random folks sucks. Lag, muted sound, peopole play run and gun ( plus other dumb bugs  and weird damage ratios for some characters are ridiculous) or just dont fight. those fights in that vid, gimmie those even if i get threashed but dang at least fight me  and not block the whole match.  so i would boycott this over the certain nusenses but otherwise liking it thus far. yeah like wtf is pandora for other than dying before your short time limit death clock runs out? thats a do or die mode.   o.O# :D

Not true. Did you ever play Mortal Kombat: Armageddon? It was a rushed piece of crap with a character creator that I still consider to be the best one I've ever had the chance to work with.
And Soul Caliber 5 doesn't need the character creator to be good. It just happens to be the icing on the cake.

First thing, about MK:A you really proved my point, even though it had (IMO) the best creator ever in a fighting game it was still a bad game.

Now lets move on to Soul Calibur 5:

Story: The story was pretty.... well good... but it seems underdone like all the other characters didnt even matter. This would have been fine if they also had arcade endings for everyone as well but there isnt so that doesent matter.

Character roster: Now this is where it gets tricky, some like the new characters some dont; I personally like them, but there is a pretty major flaw with all these new characters (and the old ones thanks to the time skip) the only thing you know about them is the little paragraph on the website, the're all very underdeveloped. Another problem is that they gave us three random select characters and a random select, who really can say that we really wanted that.

Gameplay: Pretty good not as good as two but better than the mashtastic number four. Also the super moves are a nice touch.

Modes: The game gives you many modes to choose from, although arcade feels rather empty without endings, quick battle can get boring after a while and legandary souls is useless. The online is good and the character creator will leave you with something to do long after you finish the story.

Sound: The music is fine, nothing you'll adore but nothing youll hate either, Same goes for the voicework good but as the story is underdeveloped you dont get as much as you'ed like to hear.

All in all soul calibur 5 is a good game, but it's severly lacking in replay value aside from the character createor and vs. mode, and the game feels unfinished because everyone has a story but you just cant find it out, which is very dissapointing.

Mini review over.

Back on topic, the secret avenger cap is very nice acey.

And as far as Silva's mini SC5 review goes, I don't play much SC so I wouldn't know how to properly compare it to the other games in the series. Although I DO love SC's character creator.

Despite "DLC" and online issues, I like SFxT because its still a solid fighting game nonetheless, I really couldn't give a damn to buy those characters anyways.
But, how about we just let people like what fighting game they like, if other people don't like it, then that's their opinion.
Now lets get back on topic okay?

Thinking UMvC3 here, the characters I understand the most areare Capt, Hulk, ChunLi, Spider-Man, Deadpool, Dormammu, Doom, Sentinel, Strider, Haggar and Iron Fist. Since I really am crazy about Haggar I figured it's about time to put this knowledge into Mugen. Here is the redesign for Haggar, and he will have all of his UMvC3 moves plus the moves I already design for him. All of his basics will match UMvC3 as well, with allocations made for the 6 button layout.
