I'm loving it already, he seems more combo friendly to me, and thats exactly what I like about him. He's just right! Good job dude, if I see any bugs, I will let you know.

This is by far my favorite edit of yours, and for good reason!  Coincidentally, he doesn't have any major bugs that I could find, just some minor issues.

*The Yoga Barrage doesn't work too well, but rapid hit specials don't tend to work too well in MUGEN to begin with, so it's understandable.   :D
*Yoga Inferno and Yoga Volcano could use some cooldown, since if you time it right, you can deal serious damage with full power.  Yoga Volcano could also use the cooldown, but it won't work so well since it knocks P2 so high up in the air.  Maybe it can knock P2 up, but not enough so that you can repeat the super.  Likewise, they are rather quiet, so I suggest Dhalsim to say something like "Yoga Flame" or something.
*Yoga Catastrophe's tail, so to speak, doesn't line up with Dhalsim's head.  I also think it's kinda powerful and lasts too little for it to be used like a Pseudo JJBA stand.  Also, some cooldown could work.
*Super Air Drill will flip if you press left or right, and doesn't look natural.  Maybe left and right should work like up and down.

Alright, now the Yoga Barrage works great!  However, Yoga Tempest and Yoga Inferno still need some cooldown, especially the latter.

Also, Yoga Legend can be combo'd into from certain moves, but not with others.  What I mean is, by the time Dhalsim is ready to attack them, they will be able to guard the attack.

This here by far is the best Dhalsim I"ve seen in a long timeI've been waiting to put at least two of him in my orster, but now I don't really need to anymore! This is just too cool to be true! Nice work on Dhalsim, Mr.Mugen!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Another awesome release Infinite, thanks again man. I like everything about him except for one thing. His standing strong kick launcher just seems a little too cheap in my opinion, just because it pretty much covers the whole screen and you can go into a huge combo from it instead of having to get in close and earn one. I know others might disagree with me which is fine, but could you possibly tell me how to remove the launching ability from that one move? I'm not saying I don't dig what you did with Dhalsim at all, that one thing is just a little too much for me. Thanks again for the release, you know I'm definitely a fan.  :)

To be fair, Shulbocka, you still need to be close to get an aerial rave in, so the only issue that is amiss is how long it's range is.  Unless his super jump range is that large and fast.

I definitely agree it's tougher to land an aerial combo if you launch the opponent from the furthest range possible of the kick, but I can still pull off at least a 3-6 hit combo 7 out of 10 times. Either way though, it's not really a big deal. I was just curious if someone could tell me how to remove the launch effect of that move for personal preference/play style.

Alright, do this.

Look for stateno 250 in RajaaNormal_Specials.cns, and change these values in the hitdef:

ground.velocity=-1,-13
air.velocity=-1,-11

Preferably, set the second number to 0.  You also might wanna comment out the changestate right under that, that changes to state 123.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. That definitely did the trick. Instead of getting rid of it all together though, I went with these values instead:
ground.velocity=-1,-10
air.velocity=-1,-2

It got rid of the ability to go into a combo from the other side of the screen, but you can still go into one if you're within a reasonable distance now.
Also, do you how I could adjust his superjump so that he is more bound while in the air? What I mean is how when you do a superjump, if you hold left or right, he can jump clear to the other side of the screen. I've just always kind of preferred the more traditional superjump as in mvc, where the amount of jumping distance (not height) is more limited. I don't know why, but it makes me feel like I have more control over the character. Like I said, this is all personal preference, not flaws or poor choices in editing or anything like that. Adjusting the superjump with all Infinites patches is the only thing I've ever wanted to edit of his (aside from that launcher). Him and R@CE are like my mugen hero's.  8)
