did anyone see this here yet? first time im seeing it. Well, this trailer. Visually it looks great. But that guy they have i still say is a bad choice smh. good actor but it clashes with the whole Dead pool and Marvel bit IMO. But Overall the set up and design are on point man. Its just i never saw Green latern cracking jokes or being that sarcastic. In cartoons or Comics. hes always serious damn there like Batman. Eh anyway it looks to be entertaining

like i said thats from my experience reading the comics since way way back and seeing every cartoon of the character like that. other than that i wasnt a big DC fan like that....i read a lot of the comics (specific ones) but everytime i came across the dude it was all business and no jokes.

i wouldnt have never known that until u posted ...

I agree with you.  I wished they hired a new actor instead of someone famous.  The guy always reminds me of Van Wilder...

yeh thats whats im sayin. I like em but he suits Deadpool too well to be doing a major DC character like Green latern now. it clashes. But anyway it looks great . The only movie i seen em in being way "more" serious (and youll laugh) is Smoking Aces as that Agent. The comic to movie value of the visuals to the flick looks hella on point though so far ^^

Personally I hope that crap version of Deadpool is never made.

People should refer to him as the Green Lantern Guy playing Deadpool instead of vice versa.

Ryan looks like Hal, and that good enough for me.

This thing looks epic

See, I think he'd be great at both. Ryan can do serious acting. Have you seen "Buried" or "The Nines"?

The man can act, he just happens to be a rather good looking individual who women will want to see so the comedic love angle works for him rather well.

no i think hes a great actor period. I like em. But Its just too odd n clashy that he did dead pool for marvel and now hes doing Hal for DC? eh its bugged out to see IMO. Its just the comic fan boy nerd of me talking . The movie itself Looks very enjoyable to watch . The Movie fanatic part of me will probably ignore thats its the same dude doing the role if its that good im sure anyway.

This looks FRIKIN' AMAZING !!!  

This is my most anticipated movie of 2011 !!!  

PS. I am glad that at least DC is doing justice to their characters. I can't wait for Superman's next turn...

Yeh they have some interesting characters playing the roles. But still i want to see how it all plays out. For now i already know the FX and action are gonna be top notch because of Zack snyder. As far as the writting goes i dont know. we will see how that all goes .

actor choice...i thought he would make a better Kyle Rayner but hey he might be able to sell Hal.

the main badguy..i am not sure who or what it is from the trailer.

i think this is by far the best dc movie in graphical power alone thats ever been done. tops all the batmans in that field.

so next is the story and the writting. if he can deliver it all, which he has been in some crazy cool movies. loved him in Blade 3.. hilarious. then i could turn out well done on a grand scale and make the lil Lanterns all happy.
so imma root for it till i see it got a fail sign hanging around it.
