I kinda like the fellow, specially his aesthetics.  However, I came across some rather odd issues.

*When you launch him, he will be in his idle animation.  Likely a bug with the super armor.  I suggest sending the opponent into a custom state.
*When the cannon shot hits, the fire doesn't randomize like it would on a character by PotS, so it looks odd.
*Still on Cannon Shot, when both players are at opposite ends of the screen, the fires don't appear at all.
*Weak and Medium versions of Titan Drop have little difference in distance.
*Strong version of Titan Drop goes all the way, and doesn't look good moving that fast.
*The 2nd Superpause on Maxima Revenger doesn't look right, and the camera moves up for some reason.
*Titan Break down would look better if it "centered" the action on screen instead of just moving it back.
*The issue with the camera moving up also occurs in the grab part of this move.
*Bunker Buster would make more since if the beginning hitbox was only near Maxima.
*Giga Blast Cannon's shot won't all hit, like every other one will.
*Super Giga Buster Cannon and Super Destroyer will give power back.
*The sprites for Destroyer don't appear to be aligned correctly.
*On Super Destroyer, some effect appears on Maxima towards the end.  It might've been meant to appear on P2.
*Thanks to his short hopping, you can perform an infinite with aerial attacks, if your timing is good.
*His walking animations are too fast for his speed.  Likewise the robot sounds and envshaking should be played when he steps, not just for one step.
*The effects for Vapor Cannon appear to be the same ones from KoF, which clash with the CvS styled effects.
*His voice can and will overlap.  I suggest giving them a channel.  This should also help with stopping sounds when he is hit.
*Likewise, the sound samples in his intro will continue to play if the intro is skipped.

Fix those issues, and you got yourself a winner!   :w00t:

He needs to update his moves along w/ Kyo, Ash, Alex & Ryu:
-Maxima:
 -Hyper Buster Chest Cannon (QCF+2P): Multiple shots effects into Iron Man's Proton Cannon's or Franks's TvC Real Mega Buster shot alike effects
-Alex:

I don't see how any of these are actually necessary. :-?? I mean, it's not like you're reporting a bug or anything.

However, if Mr. Infinite wants to use these ideas in a future update, that's perfectly fine by me.

updates are always cool and bugs and rough edges are spotted a mile away but over the The maxima char while using em is pretty cool already. The effort put into coming up with the new attacks and combos are a nice touch. The only thing i noticed was some slow down when he did some supers. thats about it so far. minor stuff

but that super arm gun shot with the red aura of after images was a hot touch. i liked that a lot...

Not even gonna comment on that or waste my finger breate on people listing apparent wants and not bugs. *Iceman ThumbsDown!*

anyway... yo Maxima is really good. i enjoy playing as him. he is tough man on the cpu side , but he def gave infinite Alex some problems when i played as maxima. lol. that chest cannon is a real good close range sneaky when the opponent comes in thinkin he gonna womp me but then its ..SURPRISE! lol.  So def another great character from you Mr. Mugen. keep it up bro. Mugen is gettin a major revamp the Infinite way! :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I am not good at testing characters and I rarely do but I do have a few people who are supposed to test my edits for me and I don't think they would do as good a job as you. They used to do a semi decent job in the past but lately all I get is "you should make a move where -."

Infinite acknowledges that these are faults, not my personal opinion.  He also acknowledges his fan base, or his testers, hardly even test his work, rather they tell him what to do next.  I would assume you are one of those people, since you are overly defensive about these edits.

In short, quit wasting your time defending against something you perceive as "non-existent" flaws.   :)

I know all that. It's just to me Lars kinda came off as "add these updates or else". I'm sure that wasn't his intention, but I thought I'd point it out anyway.
