Patch: Tigre Negro V 4.1 released

Greetings again, people!  A long while ago, around Thanksgiving, 2009, I took it upon myself to edit MAXIMUS_MamboJambo's Tigre Negro, since I remember having said character a long while back, but didn't find him to be decent enough, much less balanced.  Anyhow, he plays very similar to MvC, though not entirely accurate because I'm not gonna data hack some game to see it's inner workings.

Anyhow, he is just a patch, and all other info should be in the readme.  Until I get a video up, this screen shot should suffice.



And I finally remembered my little Freewebs site, so I hosted him on there, along with some other old items.  Pay my ancient, 2007 website a visit, please!
