At first, when I read this topic, I was like "I would give a f***" on somebody naming the child, "Facebook". After reading it, I began to understand what it's about.

Yeh.. but whateva. he should have came up with an egyptian name thats has some sort of definition of face or a book.
Facebook already had a death on it that i know of from that chick being cyber bullied and she killed herself. I understand the mans passion but just like myspace it will become sour in time for all the wrong reasons. but hey to each is own true

i just thought it was really odd. A nick name possibly if its like that but not a government name. hell whos to say years later the US does somethin they dont like over there and now the man has givin his child an american social network name at that! smfh

So FaceBook was used to help overthrow their current government in hopes for a better one.

Unfortunately for them, their new government will be just as bad, if not worse than their old one.  Whereas protesters where attacked for demonstrating, under "Democracy" with its political ignorance labeled "Freedom", any and all protests will be ignored, everything will be funded by corporations, and the people have little say in the matter, all while the government tells them continuously that everything is "under control".

I respect everybodys views on this but we can all agree.....this is one of those cases when you KNOW you spent TOOO much time on the Internet and you need a much needed break from web surfing.
