Really nice trailer and playing stuff backwards was a nice touch but honestly, I'm much more interested in checking out gameplay. Still though, nice trailer.

Yea, G Lux. This trailer has even been criticized because of it... but wtf.. it's a zombie GAME. They need to get over themselves. We enjoy playing zombie games, it'll help us prepare for the Zombie Apocalypse hopefully... and those politicians and critics will probably be the first to go because they're so dumb... and old.. >.<

Man i just want to see Video gameplay. for years now ive been seeing just random shots of the game layout of the stages or just designs of the stages. i started seeing the pics years ago like after Left 4 dead came out. I thought it was just all talk and "Mod" but i see its serious now. That video leaves some new doors open for CG zombie flicks (thank god for the new A.D. flick). That sh*t is way graphic. and just the thought that the lil girl was changed into a zombie and then tossed out the damn high rise Building to her death is uhh pretty deep man They didnt hold back on that at all!! hell i can imagine what the f*ck else goes down in the game . man even Left 4 dead didnt have kids chasing you down and trying to eat you. all adults. cmon now the whole world is screwed with zombies and not ONE child has become one? yeh right . "Censorship"!!

so maybe this game wont give a damn and just go all out....so now im like after that Trailer right there!

Hopefully this will be the zombie video game we've all been waiting for. L4d and dead rising did a great job at it, but I want a video game that could accurately describe what it actually might be like to be in a zombie apocalypse.

But nice cinematic video. Zombie flicks always make me hungry.

Check this interview out. sounds way better than dead rising 2 and other zombie games more n more

This game i can already tell is gonna be my sit back and eat pop corn with the lights out game
like silent 1 & 2 was way back...it sounds great. I doubt if somethin tops that zombie game

This ISNT gameplay alone. just more game shots and concepts for the game.
It looks really interesting. I hope the soundtrack is like dark and moody like the first two
Resident evil games. Cool music but eerie. I hope they have it set like Fallout 3 where
you hear the BGM come in for a while and then fade out, then come back on again depending
where u walked.....

they said that Dead Island will not support Guns because they're going to make it a real surviving game... and will focus in melee...

|)hmm thats odd because in a review i think i had in an IGN article er somethin like that they spoke on guns but you wouldnt have much ammo. you would be able to take fire arms off the cops n stuff er somethin. Anyway i think there will be guns in the game but not as much as melee weapons. Maybe that either will be a suprise or maybe thats somethin new they just decided on. Eh we will see

Im still pumped about it .

meh, is it just me or i just hate L4D2 because of the melee weps.. kinda corny...? 1 is better in my opinion... and we need guns (many many guns) in this new game.
