is their a way to make Alucard's version Batman Batzarro a permanemt character by pressing any button anybody can it be done???

Nope but I know there are unauthorized edited versions out there somewhere that change the code to make him Batzarro always.

I thought Alucard made a separate release for Batzarro. Isn't it on the Scruffydragon's website?
