1: he starts with 1 pixel of health
2: His damage output is well, Nuts, he can One hit Kill anyone with any attack
3: the Power bar is glitchy oO

Now,The "Joke release" thing is because all your OTHER characters work just fine on 1.0  but, this one is oO, again, no insults are ment as I enjoy your other creations but this one is, well, odd due to the points I mention.

What you'll come to learn about 1.0 is, lot's of regular Win Mugen characters don't work correctly in 1.0 ... That's personally why I don't use it. There are tons of characters for winmugen! And a  handfull for 1.0 ... He works fine on my mugen, so you might wanna grab an old winmugen copy in order for him to play right. He's simply NOT coded to play in 1.0!

I'm going to have to agree, yet Disaggree there as, barring Metalman by Laspacho, Pretty much every character on my MUGEN 1.0 roster works fine in both versions * I believe it's state errors issue with Metalman in that case* so, Unless it's some odd ball coding or a Broken SND, it's really only Hi-res Screenpacks and life bars that don't really work well on MUGEN 1.0.

but I never ran across anything like this oO

Edit:
Did a Quick Test on WinMUGEN Plus and he works fine... but, again, said issues I pointed out really shouldn't be happening oO, more so in light of DLC's Other characters working just fine in 1.0

I see, thanks for stating the problems you encountered and I'll answer them...

1. The reason he starts out at 1 Health is to sort of mimic the boss intro for the classic Megaman games. It is there incase this Megaman also gets transferred to the Robot Master Mayhem project. I completely forgot to remove it.

2. I'm not sure how that happened, I tested out his damage time and time again. Must be some mistake...did you check the stats to make sure everything is normal? Health 1000, Attack 100, and Defense 100?

3. Glitchy power bar? I didnt do anything about the powerbar...the only thing is that when a round starts, he gains 1000 power. Just like in MvC1, and other games that start off with at least 1000 power.

1. Thanks, I was thinking that was the case.

2. Yeah, I double checked both, seems to be 1.0 only as He didn't do it on the quick WinMugen test

DCL, this Megaman is efinitely one of a kind. When I first saw it, I thought it was an update of the one Chaotix did for EOH, but wow!! I'm completely blown away by what I see from this character! Very nice release! I'm a big MegaMAn fan BTW. lol :)

It's all right, Just, rather weird because,like I said before, All your other characters work prefectly on 1.0 and then this sorta  just happens  /:O and it's really oddball ones as well.

Beyond that, it's a real soild and great take on MegaMan *the move set is pretty great*

I was afraid of that, because it has given me some lag too. Its the helpers, since there are so many it causes lag and thats my fault.
