Coder needed

I'm searching for a coder who can program CNS (and maybe CMD) files.

DEF, SFF, AIR, SND, palettes are already done.

The problem for me is to code the CNS, that's why I'm searching someone who can help the creation of character(s).

It's about Maki first, later maybe Dean or other Final Fight characters for a project in progress.
