Please Help (Mugen PLUS )!

Hello
 Can someone Please help me out.  I wanted to upgrade to Mugen Plus. I downloaded Plus and a screen pack called (SVCUM Mugen Plus) The screen pack works great with mugen plus but I cannot get it to go full screen. I go through mugen.cfg and change dxmode= windowed to  dxmode= Software. Then I Run it and I get (winmugen.exe  has stopped working)

allowdebugkeys = 1

FullScreen = 1

Go to select screen Press Alt + Enter at the same time.


Ctrl + F If you can't find  anything. if all Else fails.

Like BloodNinja said, is Fullscreen = 1 doesn't work then just run it in a window and press "Alt Enter" while the game is running to toggle between fullscreen and windowed.
